My stay at the hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms were not only much bigger than I anticipated but also incredibly clean, making it the most beautiful room I have ever stayed in. However, I had trouble turning off the AC, and none of the staff seemed to know how to do it.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the location was stunning and the surroundings well maintained, some aspects left much to be desired. The room wasn't ready until two days later, and it seemed like it needed urgent renovation. Despite these drawbacks, the service was lacking courtesy.
Upon arrival, the room exceeded my expectations with its spaciousness and cleanliness. The check-in process was smooth, but it didn't match our booking precisely. The hotel provided great service, especially in the bars and restaurants, with friendly and attentive staff catering to our needs. The beachfront location was amazing, although a bit hard for some taxi drivers to find. Dining options were a mix of incredible experiences at Flavors and a slightly disappointing French brasserie. Overall, the hotel was a wonderful stay with a few minor hiccups.
